What Ever Happened To Honesty & Integrity?
Is it us? Or does it seem like just about everybody out there is looking for a way to cheat you out of your money? Or worse, outright lie to you and steal your money? For example, how can someone show up at your door after a particularly damaging storm, claim they are there to help you, give you an estimate, and then take your money and disappear? It’s maddening.
At Titan Home Exteriors we simply cannot fit that thought process into our collective heads. From the receptionist to the installers, right down to the owner… everyone here is committed to honesty and integrity. Why? Because we believe that it all starts with respect.
Let us explain.
You see, we believe that everything starts with respect. Think about it for a minute. How are you going to be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right, if you don’t respect yourself, the job, or the homeowner? We know, we are getting a little deep and philosophical here, but we are doing so to stress a point. And the point is this:
We Absolutely Love What We Do.
We have entirely too much respect for ourselves, for the industry and for you to even think about ever doing something that would be considered a breach of honesty or integrity. In fact, Tony, the owner, has been known to fire people “on the spot” if they are caught lying or disrespecting a home or a homeowner. That is how serious he takes it. But why is he so serious about it? Glad you asked.
You see, long ago, Tony came to the realization that homeowners who are asking us to remodel their homes are doing a lot more than just asking for a remodel. They are in fact, trusting us with the most important thing in their lives… and no, it’s not their house. It is their family.
Wives, husbands, daughters, son’s, friends, neighbors, and family, will eat, sleep and play in the very home we are being asked to remodel. If we don’t do our jobs to the very best of our abilities, we are putting their health and safety at risk. Skip a step, cut corners, use 4-3 inch screws instead of the manufacturers required 6-4 inch screws and we promise you, those windows or that siding will fail. It will let water penetrate into your home. And that, my friends, is a recipe for disaster.
Have you ever seen the effects of mold and mildew on a home… let alone what it can do to a person’s health? Or what can happen if a window simply pops out of the frame? Trust us, it can and does happen.
That is why everyone at Titan Home Exteriors will treat you and your home with the respect that it deserves. Because your family (and ours) are just too important not to.
If we sound like a company that you would like to do business with, we invite you to contact us; we’d be honored to meet you.
